Rowan’s Men’s D2 ice hockey team (8-4-2) will take on Penn State University’s (PSU) D2 team (7-1-2) in a two-game series this weekend.
These two games will be the only time this season these two are facing off against each other.
On Friday night, on Halloween, Rowan will face PSU away at Pegula Ice Arena.
The following night on Saturday, Rowan will play at their home of the Hollydell Ice Arena at 8:00 p.m..
Although it’s the first time these two are facing each other this season, it is far from the first time that Rowan and PSU have seen each other in general.
Dating back to 2021, Rowan has faced PSU a total of 10 times, and in those 10 games, PSU has gotten the best of Rowan each game.
The Profs will finally look to snap the losing streak against PSU and this season, as they lost to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in overtime last week
