The Rowan Men’s DII Ice Hockey team (16-5-2) will face West Chester University’s DII team (20-1) at home in the Hollydell Ice Arena this Saturday.
Rowan has already faced West Chester earlier this season on the road, as they surged in the third period to make a comeback, but ultimately lost in overtime.
Rowan is back in the win column after taking down Montclair State University with a final score of 9-2.
Rowan came into the second period scoring four goals in 10 minutes, as well as seven unanswered goals.
West Chester is on a 16-game winning streak, as their last loss dates back to September 16, against Saint Joseph’s University, which Rowan beat earlier this season.
This is the last home game of this year, and the Profs will look to build off the win against Montclair before the winter break starts.
