This weekend, the Rowan University Men’s DII (11-4-2) ice hockey team heads up to Virginia for the ACCHL Showcase.
The first game, on Friday at noon, the Profs will look to take on Virginia Tech’s DII team (8-5-1).
Last year, Rowan took on Virginia in the showcase, where they lost 4-1.
The following day, Rowan will then take on the Wake Forest University Men’s DII team later in the afternoon.
Rowan has already played against Wake Forest on the road earlier this year, defeating them 7-4.
Then, on Sunday night, the Profs will take on the University of North Carolina-Wilmington (UNC Wilmington) (12-0), perhaps the most challenging matchup out of all three games.
Last year, Rowan took on UNC Wilmington at home, where they won 4-2.
Rowan will look to continue and build off their three-game win streak.
